1940s black hat with raspberry trim/headband. This style reminds me of a hat that Gene Tierney wore in "Laura". It has a cap that hugs the back of the head and then twe flaps that frame the face. It's essentially a variation of the popular "beau catcher" style that was popular at the time, just minus with a variation to the brim. Very flattering on, can easily be secured with a bobby pin or two.
Excellent condition with only minimal wear/aging. Should fit most head sizes because of how it sits on the head~on the back verses over the forehead. Inside measures about 21.5"
