1940s rayon jersey dress with a large scale print of leaves and cherries on an ivory ground. Blouson bodice closes up the back with a row of self covered buttons and loops. Fitted waistband closes with a side metal zipper. Skirt is a-line and full at the hem. The dress is shown unpinned on the size 2 form but the form is "wearing" shoulder pads. I am happy to include pads with the dress but it was found without any. Dress is in very nice condition with some scattered pinholes and faint areas of discoloration. There is one at the waistband and the remainder are in the skirt. These are not readily noticeable, please refer to the photos for details. Seams and fabric are strong, dress presents beautifully. Fits like a size small to smallish medium.
