Vintage Clothing & Accessories 1900-1980
Adorable ivory straw tilt / perch hat with scalloped brim. Matching ruffles and grosgrain ribbon adorn the front and there is an elastic band to secure. Original label is present indicating a side 22, but since it merely sits atop the head it should fit most head sizes.
Excellent condition with only minor wear.
