1910s era dress in a lustrous, lightweight silk shantung.  Color is more green/olive than it appears in photos where is looks grey.  Bodice wraps and fastens in front and has a pigeon style bust with a fitted waist.  Neckline is trimmed with a wide band of lace.  Long sleeves are ruched and embellished with the same "poofs" as the bodice.  The style looks like a modified version of an 1820s style updated for the early 20th century.  The skirt is long and full at the hem.  There are panels present at the hem which I'm unsure about, I've not seen this before.  The bodice is lined in cotton with small pieces of boning at the waist.  The body of the dress is in great condition for it's age.  Aside from some expected age related wear, I didn't note any fading, tears etc and I think it would be completely wearable with care.  The lining however is in poor shape with several tears but it's not visible or affect the wear in any way.  The dress closes with a series of hooks and eyes diagonally down the front.  There are two rows of these and I have them fasted on the outside of these hooks as it was too small for the form otherwise.  It would be easy enough to change the location of the eyes to accommodate a bigger size.  For reference, the form is a modern 2 with a waist of 24.5".  The measurements listed are with both sets of hooks closed.
