1940s pinafore in a light cotton chambray. Bodice edges and patch pockets are trimmed in red and white dotted trim. There are buttons down the back of the skirt and the one at the waistband attaches to the top as well.
Very nice condition with no holes, tears etc. There are areas of yellowing/discoloration, see photos for close ups. They are not readily noticeable however and the pinny presents very well.
Shown on a size 2 form. The waistband could be made smaller by moving the button over. A buttonhole extender could be added to make it larger since it would be covered by the top. Bust and ribcage area are open.
Bust: open but across the top a little below the neckline it measures 12 1/4" across
Waist: 26.5"
Length: 40" plus another 2" in the hem
