1950s cotton skirt portraying men and women in traditional Indian dress.  The women appear to be dancing and the men are seated with what looks like a sitar.  There are also different kinds of trees and flowers in the print.  The skirt is dirndl style~fitted waistband which holds tucks that release over the hips.  The skirt closes with a metal zipper and the original wide matching belt is present.

Very nice condition.  The belt has some wear, mostly to the fabric covering on the buck and the backing which is cracked.  There is a lighter spot at back as well.  Still functional however.  The skirt itself looks very good.  I didn't note any holes or staining.  It looks like it was. hemmed short at one time and then let down again as there is a crease toward the hem, not really noticeable.

Fits like an xs:

Waist: 24"

Hip: Free

Length: 29"

Belt measures 29" in length with holes ranging from 23.5”-27 1/4”
