Late 1930s / early 1940s lightweight navy rayon dress with salmon pink collar, cuffs and buttons.  Dress has princess seams running the length of the dress, no waist seam.  All buttons down the front are functional, no other closures.  Half sleeves are puffed with small sleeve headers for shape and cuffs, like the collar, feature a scalloped border.  The pink looks somewhat washed out in a few of the photos but aside for a pindot spot in the back of the collar (see final photo), I didn't notice any fading etc, just a trick of the camera.  Excellent condition overall, minor wear commensurate with age.  Second to last photo shows a small area of rub to the fabric on one shoulder, pretty minor.

Dress measure like an xs.  The high hip area is somewhat narrow so I've listed two hip measurements, one at the standard length below the waist and one higher up.  There isn't a ton of seam allowance but the princess seams make this dress quite easy to alter either smaller or slightly larger.

Shoulder: 13" seam to seam, 17" to edges of headers

Bust: 34", up to 36"

Waist: 27"/28"

Hip: 37" at 9" down

High hip: 33" at 6" down

Sleeve: 17"

Length: 41"

Waist length: No waist seam, but about 16"-17" to narrowest area
