Late 40s/early 50s chocolate velvet and eyelash lace dress and jacket set. Dress is strapless with a sweetheart bodice that's boned and lined in peach mesh. The lace on the top of the bodice should remain upright with a steam. Skirt is full and lined in a heavier material for volume. The matching original belt is present. Bolero jacket has underarm gussets and is fully lined.

Excellent overall condition with minor wear. Some minute breaks in the lace and minor rub marks in the velvet. The gussets under the arms have minor fraying at the seams but are structurally intact, see photo.
