1940's navy rayon crepe dress with high neckline and stitch-pleated skirt. Bodice has short sleeves and features chain stitched cherries front and back. There are seams with gathers under the bust and a separate waist panel. Skirt is aline, somewhat slim through the tops of the hips and flaring at the hem. Dress closes with a back neck and side waist metal zippers.
Fits an xs to small, there is some stretch to the crepe.
Shoulder: 12.5" seam to seam, 15"" to edges of sleeve headers
Bust: 34" relaxed, stretches to 38"
Waist: 26" relaxed, stretches to 28"
Hip: 36" relaxed, stretches to 42"

Very good condition, I didn't note any holes. There is some pinkish fade to the sleeves on the sides and a faint whitish smudge below the waist on the front. Fade didn't show up well in photos but you can see it somewhat in the side view. Otherwise only very minor wear. Fabric and seams are strong, embroidering is in excellent condition.
