1950s lightweight cotton dress in a shade that's more of a subdued red than pink. It appears pink in the photos under artificial lighting but in the last photo, the middle was taken under natural lighting which I feel is more representational of actual color.
Bodice is fitted with princess seams and there is a side metal zipper closure. Skirt is very full and there is a matching scarf that I've sown tied in a variety of ways.
Very nice condition. I didn't note any holes, fading etc, just some areas of discoloration in the skirt. Mostly toward the hem where it's very difficult to spot. I did see a couple spots near the waist seam, see final photo far left and right. Middle photo shows the spots at hemline.
Fit snugly on the size 2 form.
Length: 39"
Top of bodice to waist seam: 9 7/8"
Bust: 30" flat but there is some room due to the princess seams. Fit the form at 32" and me at 33.5"
Waist: 24" flat, I was able to zip it up on the form who is 24.5"
Hip: Free
