1940s button down short sleeved sweater from Bullock's Wilshire (Los Angeles). Cute floral embroidery and applejuice buttons. I believe that the yarn is probably wool but it doesn't irritate my skin as wool typically does so it's possible it's a blend. It is very soft and stretchy. Excellent condition with minor flaws. There is some fade on the top of one of the sleeves, not really noticeable. There are some small color irregularities in the yarn, see last photo. Not a stain and in any case, very hard to spot. While the knit is very stretchy, I recommend it for a smaller size so as to keep the button placket from gaping.
No shoulder seam about 14"/15" across
Bust measured flat is 28", form is a 32", stretches comfortably to 34"
Waist measures 25" unstretched, stretches to 30" or so Ribbed area across the bottom measures 24" unstretched Length is 19 1/4"
