Super cute 40s soft cotton chambray dress with a sweetheart neckline, padded shoulders, peplum and embroidered flowers over the bodice. Original belt is present and dress closes with a side metal zip. Excellent overall condition with a few flaws. One (but not the other) underarm has discoloration which I've not tried to remove. Staining usually comes out of cotton but I've not attempted. There are two other small spots, one at the waist and is covered by the belt, the other in the skirt. None of these are really noticeable. The form obviously has no arms so the underarm portion would be covered by your arm instead of sticking out. The belt has an extra hole punched in it with no eyelet. Fabric is strong and seams are in good shape. Fits like a size xs.
