Staining usually comes out of cotton but I've not attempted. There are two other small spots, one at the waist and is covered by the belt, the other in the skirt. None of these are really noticeable. The form obviously has no arms so the underarm portion would be covered by your arm instead of sticking out. The belt has an extra hole punched in it with no eyelet. Fabric is strong and seams are in good shape. The bodice is not sheer.  Dress closes with a side metal zipper.  This one is very flattering on the body. The fabric covering the belt buckle has wear and some yellowing.
