40s novelty print dress in what feels to me like silk~ lightweight and floaty with a nice drape. Bodice is fitted with a pointed collar and full cut bracelet length sleeves. Skirt is full throughout. Dress closes with buttons down the back and a side metal zipper. Best for an xs.

Shoulder: 14.5"

Bust: 35"

Waist" 24" but fits the form nicely at 24.5"

Hip: Free

Waist length: 16"

Sleeve: 19"

Length: 42"

Good condition, presents beautifully due to the busy nature of the print. There is one button missing at the top back, HOWEVER, I chose not to find a match or replace because there is a snap that keeps it closed at the top anyway and the original buttons are very nice, like an apple juice celluloid. There are a handful of mended holes in the bodice and sleeves, all very small except for one area on the sleeve which is a little larger. The area is reinforced so that it is no longer an "active" hole but it looks like the spot was burned or something. See the second to last photo for two photos of this spot. It's actually not readily noticeable when worn because due to it's location, it tends to get lost in the folds of the sleeve when worn. Very faint watermarks at underarm, pictured. Otherwise just minor wear, fabric is sturdy. Priced accordingly.
