Late 40s/early 50s black rayon taffeta (low sheen, nice drape) circle skirt with high waist. Waldes zipper at the back with a single hook and eye. Excellent condition with only very minor wear. There is teeny smudge on the waistband that I've not tried to remove as it's not really noticeable.
