Late 30s/early 40s lightweight cotton floral gown with puffed sleeves, a shirred surplice bust and a slightly raised waist seam. The waist nips in with darts and there is a side metal zipper. Very striking in person with a vibrant floral pattern over an ivory background. Fits like a size small:

Good condition, fabric is not fragile. Very very faint underarm discoloration, hard to see and doesn't show up in photos. Some abraded areas pinholes toward the hem as well as a small, about 1/4" L shaped tear. These areas have been reinforced from behind however. Not noticeable unless you are closely inspecting the skirt. Presents beautifully!
