1940s black rayon crepe cocktail dress with guipure lace and mesh at the top of the bodice. Shoulders are padded and cups are lined for opacity. The dress closes with a row of covered buttons down the front. The skirt has gathers below a V shaped seam. Crepe has stretch and measurements given are at rest and gently stretched. Excellent condition with some wear to the mesh, see last two photos. Shown unpinned on a size 2.
Bust: 28" but there is room in the cups so should fit up to a 33" comfortably. The form is a 32"
