1940s novelty print rayon dress with a pale blue background with pink paisley and what appear to be people riding some type of animal. There is a tiny stand collar with a velvet ribbon and matching belt with more velvet. Light shoulder pads, fitted bodice and full skirt. Measures like an xs.
