1940s cherry red reptile purse with plastic frame. I believe it is snakeskin and there is natural color variation beneath the dye. There are two non-rigid handles and the inside is lined with a zippered compartment. Excellent condition with only minor wear. Skin is supple and not flaking or deteriorating. I've included several photos with a measuring tape to gauge size. The interior is large enough to fit a cell phone, compact and a few other small articles.
