50s multi-colored cinch belt metallic threads running through the fabric. Clasp is silver toned and has three loops that hook onto corresponding discs. The belt isn't made of elastic but rather a fabric with stretch. It's not as stretchy as elastic, more like a ponte or similar knit.
Unstretched it measure 20.5" and stretches to about 26.5". It could stretch a bit more, but again, it's not SUPER stretchy. It measures about 2 5/8" wide. Very nice condition, some age related wear but no obvious issues.
