Late 20s or very early 1930s dress in a blush chiffon with embroidered white dots. Bodice has a relaxed fit and drop waist. Small collar snaps shut and there is a snap at each sleeve cuff. Neckline has a decorative hanging piece with buttons that gives the illusion of a button placket. Attached self tie at drop waist and hem is faced with a cotton muslin type fabric. I don't know if this is original or not. If not, it is not something that was done recently.
Fabric has pretty decent stretch but as it pulls on over the head it's best suited to a size small or so. Overall in excellent condition for its age with some minor flaws. One dot near the waist has a few missing threads and one dot is mostly gone. There is light yellowing under the arms. Otherwise only light aging/wear commensurate with age.
